Support

MLSystems are able to offer you support tailored to suit your individual needs. Either offering you support contracts to run for the whole year so that you know how much it will cost for repairs, configuration and help over the coming year or giving you telephone and remote support contracts where we can help you to help yourself.

Yearly Support Contracts

If you require a support contract with us for a year, we will draw up a Service Level Agreement that is in tune with your needs, the SLA will list what we will support and what we require of you. Cost for support is based on what type of equipment you have.

Remote Support

In the case of remote support contracts, we come to your place of work and set your server, workstations and laptops up to allow us to take control of them from afar, you call us with your problem and we can in most cases take control there and then to help you through the problem.

One off support calls

If you are experiencing problems with your system, we can arrange one off support calls to help you get back on track, be it a Virus problem or other hardware or software problems we are happy to help.
